Return Window
You have the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt. 

Return Instructions
The product has to be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, contact our customer service at info@bagliciouz.com with your order number and a reason for the return. After reviewing your return request, we will provide you with detailed instructions. Bear in mind that you are responsible to cover the return shipping costs.

Damaged or Wrong Goods
If the product arrives damaged or you receive a wrong item, send us photos of the damage within 48 hours of receipt. We will help you to sort out the situation.

Cancellations
You can cancel your order before it is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, follow the return procedure after receiving the product.

Refund Process
A refund is approved if the product is undamaged, unused, and in the original packaging. Refunds for defective or incorrectly delivered products are approved after inspection. After the return is approved, it takes up to 7 days to process the refund to the original payment method.

Exchanges
Currently we do not offer exchanges, so if you are not happy with the items, just proceed with the return process and after you get your refund, make a new order.
